Terms and Conditions

1. General

1) Any booking made shall be deemed to be an offer by your agency to purchase the relevant accommodation and/or travel arrangements subject to these conditions. No contract between your agency and us shall come into existence until we (a) issue a booking ID (b) issue a booking confirmation by email, online or fax and (c) receive payment in full.

2. Rates

2) Rates shown on the website supersede any other fare list distributed by Hikari Global and presumed as the most updated offer from the company.

3) We reserve the right to change rates offered on the web site at any time but this will not affect the rate of any bookings that have already been confirmed.

4) All published rates are nett basis.

5) Guest is required to pay hotel directly for any incidental charges.

6) Guest can be required pay hotel directly regarding additonal own amendment.

3. Reservation and Confirmation

7) If it is a 「Available」 reservation on the website, it means confirmation immediately and you can confirm that the booking has been confirmed on the My Page of the website.

8) In case of 「On request」 on the website, we will inform you of availability within 48 hours. If the selected hotel is full, you can find alternative hotels.

9) Any request on bedding, non-smoking/smoking room, higher floor and etc. are subject to hotel availability upon check-in. However, Hikari Global will pass on the requests of guest to the hotel and hotel shall try their best to fulfill the request.

4. Amendments and Cancellations

Amendments and cancellations are subject to the following conditions.

10. Cancellations notified directly to the accommodation or service provider would not be effective. Requests for cancellations and amendments must be made on Hikari Global web site.

11) Hikari Global reserves the right to set special cancellation conditions. The bookings could be non-changeable & non-refundable in that case.

12) One night or whole period room charge will be levied when the guest fails to check in without giving prior notice to Hikari Global or when reservation is cancelled after cancellation deadline.

5. Complaints

13) Any complaint regarding the supply of a service should be brought to the attention of the accommodation or service provider as early as possible during stay of customer in order for the complaint to be dealt with quickly.

14. If any complaint has not been resolved to your satisfaction it must be notified to us in writing by email within 30 days from check-out. Any complaint received after 30 days from check-out will not be investigated.

6. Liabilities

15) We reserve the right to change these terms from time to time.

16) The booking confirmation and these terms represent our entire agreement and as a result you have not entered into a contract with us on the basis of any representation not expressly incorporated into these documents.
